Natural Rubber /SBR blended rubber sheeting for general purpose or gasketing use. A hybrid rubber sheet that will carry some performance characteristics of Natural Rubber and that of SBR and is suitable for a variety of low technology sealing applications
Neoprene is an excellent choice for cold temperature flexibility and abrasion resistance due to its temperature range and physical toughness. It has moderate resistance to Oil, gasoline, sunlight and ozone materials. Provides good metal adhesion properties.
EPDM rubber is highly resistant to Ozone, UV rays and Oxidation, and showcases good resistance to acids, alkalis and solvents. It has an excellent operating temperature range of -45 to +120°C. It’s also highly preferred for outdoor roofing sheets, as it has better temperature flexibility
Nitrile rubber sheet has generally strong resistance to oil, fuel, petroleum based hydraulic fluids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and hydrocarbon solvents, as well as alkalis, acids, and other chemicals. Nitrile rubber is less likely to cause an allergic reaction than natural rubber. Its recommended operating temperature range is -30° C to + 120° C.
Special sheet is manufactured with 1 ply and 2 ply Nylon Fabric Insertion used as Diaphragms for Oil, LPG and solvent resistant applications. Manufactured with a high quality nitrile rubber compound designed for prolonged wear and use.
Butyl has best resistance properties to gases, heat aging, oxygen, ozone, sunlight, alkalis and acids with an excellent temperature range of -40° C to + 130° C. It has a very low resilience, which makes it an ideal choice for vibration damping and shock absorption applications.
Hypalon is flame resistant and offers strong resistance to most chemicals, alkalis, acids, oils, and heat. Compounds can be formulated for excellent abrasion resistant and for brittle temperatures as low as -60°C. Hypalon vulcanizes show excellent resistant to corrosive chemicals. They have excellent electrical properties. They can also be compounded for good flame resistance.
FKM is valued for its excellent heat stability and strong resistance to aggressive fuels and chemicals, making it a high performance elastomer. Its resistance to most solvents and chemicals give long service life as it has superior resistance against hydrocarbons, aromatic and resistance to acids and alkalis including oxidants.
EPDM roofing membrane is manufactured using high grade EPDM Rubber Sheet. These membranes can be applied on the roofs to protect them from water leakages and attack of chemicals and vapours. The Roofing Membranes are easy to install and serves as best choice for a long lasting, fit and forget, waterproofing and roofing solution.
Silicone is the preferred choice of medical, pharmaceutical and food processing industries. Reasonable resistance to a whole range of general chemical products, but acids, alkalis, esters and kerosene should be avoided. Silicone has excellent resistance to heat (dry air), at +200°C intermittent.
